GALLERIES
Each series is a distinct world — a different mood, different medium, different temperature of light. The organic forms of Roots conceal shapes of nature seen from within: roots, wings, caves, traces of existence. Lumen draws figures from darkness, balancing on the edge of the visible where a candle barely disperses the shadow. Stones and Views are painting saturated with southern sun: mountains, sea, sky — not as landscape, but as an experience of colour and space. Noir and Signs and Traces explore what remains after a gesture, after a word, after a mark. Each work is a separate answer to a question the artist asks himself anew — and which the viewer may take up for themselves.
